ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Functions Solutions, as a member of the Corporate Functions Solution team, you will work closely with various Corporate Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual activities leveraging technological solutions improving operational efficiency, enhancing employee productivity through automation, including practical uses of generative and agentic AI capabilities, and other emerging technologies.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, Corporate Functions Solutions Delivery, you'll:

  • Closely collaborate with Corporate Finance business partners, team members and product owners to review existing business processes and recommend solutions to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and improve data quality
  • Support business partners operations and technologies related to Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Accounts Payable
  • Gather, analyze, refine requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, to deliver viable solutions, and/or hand off cleanly to the development team
  • Build solutions and AI agents leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
  • Keep current and adopt emerging technologies and AI
  • Coordinate dependencies across IT, business and vendor stakeholders
  • Actively participate in agile delivery methodology, including planning, review, and retrospective meetings
  • Prepare and perform quality assurance activities according to established standards


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance), Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field - or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience as a business or functional analyst, including meaningful exposure to Corporate Finance processes (accounting, FP&A, procurement or AP)
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio) and comfort using AI tools in your daily work
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and demonstrated curiosity to go beyond apparent facts and conduct thorough, factual, and value-added research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable manner to business partners
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O, Concur, Tagetik, Snowflake, Azure. An asset
  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
