• Support Responsible AI practices, including appropriate consideration of accuracy, transparency, privacy, security, reliability, and human oversight.
• Evaluate AI models, platforms, frameworks, tools, and architectural approaches based on technical requirements, mission needs, security considerations, performance, and cost.
• Evaluate and test AI-generated results for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop methods for measuring and improving AI solution performance and effectiveness.
• Monitor application and model performance, availability, reliability, usage, resource consumption, and operating costs.
• Optimize model selection, API consumption, token utilization, compute resources, storage, and other cloud services to improve performance and control costs.
• Troubleshoot application, model, integration, infrastructure, data, and performance issues throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
• Participate in source control, code review, testing, configuration management, CI/CD, and DevSecOps processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, data flows, interfaces, configurations, security controls, deployment procedures, operating procedures, and troubleshooting information.
• Support proofs of concept and prototypes and assist in transitioning successful solutions into secure, supportable production capabilities.
• Remain current on emerging AI technologies, large language models, cloud services, cybersecurity risks, Responsible AI practices, and industry developments.
• Communicate complex AI and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
