Senior AI & Data Scientist
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions that drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop predictive models for sales forecasting, pipeline health, lead scoring, opportunity prioritization, territory planning, and customer segmentation.
- Build AI-powered copilots, intelligent assistants, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to improve seller productivity and streamline sales processes.
- Analyze CRM, sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and IT leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain production-ready AI models and MLOps processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting that provide actionable insights into pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and key commercial metrics.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement.
Qualifications- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, including experience deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and generative AI frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, sales analytics, and enterprise data environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), MLOps, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within an enterprise technology, networking, SaaS, or cloud organization.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory management, account planning, pricing, and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional AI initiatives and drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across commercial organizations.

- United States of America: Annual Salary USD 120,000 - 228,000 in Massachusetts
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
