Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an
Agile Product Lead Senior to support a major federal modernization and data migration program in Huntsville, AL. The Agile Product Lead Senior will lead product strategy, backlog prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery efforts across cloud, application modernization, data migration, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Responsibilities - Agile Product Lead Senior- Own, develop, and prioritize the product backlog based on mission objectives, business requirements, and technical constraints
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and defined business value
- Partner with Scrum Masters, engineers, QA teams, and technical leadership to support sprint planning, refinement, estimation, and delivery activities
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and mission owners to gather requirements, establish priorities, and provide product roadmap updates
- Support release planning, sprint reviews, PI planning, feature demonstrations, and go-live readiness activities
- Maintain product documentation, roadmap artifacts, backlog metrics, and reporting aligned with program governance standards
Qualifications - Agile Product Lead Senior- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product ownership, Agile delivery, or technical program support
- Extensive experience managing product backlogs and supporting Agile software development teams
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, application development, data management, modernization initiatives, and large-scale migration efforts
- Experience translating technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature definitions
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance required
- SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or related Agile certification preferred
- Experience supporting DOJ, FBI, Intelligence Community, or other national security programs preferred
- Background with DevSecOps environments, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architectures, or enterprise cloud modernization initiatives preferred
Compensation - Agile Product Lead Senior- Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000
