Full Job Description
As a pivotal architect of issuer success within the Company Services team, the Senior Advisor, Client Success operates at the intersection of capital formation and client strategy for the TMX Group. Tasked with stewarding the public market lifecycle for Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) issuers, this role is instrumental in cultivating deep-seated relationships that transcend transactional support. By leveraging a deep understanding of capital markets, this individual provides TSX and TSXV issuers with exclusive profile-building solutions, capital markets advisory and education, market intelligence, and investor access, to empower our issuers and support growth and retention. Reporting to the Head, Client Success, this individual is essential to driving the long-term strategic vision for our issuer ecosystem, ensuring that every listed entity is empowered to navigate complex capital markets with a tailored, high-touch experience that reinforces the prestige of our exchanges. This role is hybrid (2 - 3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON Key Accountabilities: Support the Managing Director of TSX and TSXV Company Services and the Heads of Client Success, in serving issuers; Execute trusted advisor strategies that enhance client experience and increase satisfaction, retention and graduation from TSXV to TSX; Respond to telephone and email enquiries from issuers and manage communications sent to Issuer Services; Conduct presentations, webinars, and demonstrations of TSX and Partner products and services; Be a spokesperson at the TSX Market Centre and host issuer market celebrations, including new listings, graduations, and listing anniversaries; Support the on-boarding of newly listed issuers from application to the listing ceremony and beyond; As a trusted capital markets advisor, educate and provide 1x1 advisory to issuers on key capital markets topics, including our InfoSuite platform - a market data and shareholder solution for issuers; Support the execution of investor access initiatives; Update and maintain issuer education presentations on key capital markets topics; Host client events and support client engagements; Achieve activity metrics and CRM data input requirements; Support the Company Services team with data insights and analytics; Participation and collaboration in Enterprise-wide initiatives; Work collaboratively within the Global Client Team to support the Company Services and Business Development teams, while also collaborating with other Capital Formation teams such as TSX and TSXV Listings, and Marketing; Support and contribute to the Issuer Circle - our monthly issuer newsletter; Support sales initiatives by collaborating with TMX Group companies such as TSX Trust and TMX Newsfile; and Maintain and build an active network within the capital markets community.
