OverviewAs we expand our integrated communications practice, we're looking for Sr. Account Manager who brings strong leadership, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive programs forward with confidence and independence.
As a SAM, you're a steady, trusted partner to clients and internal teams alike. You see the big picture while keeping a firm grip on the details. You mentor and guide junior talent, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and proactively support senior leaders through managing-up, clear communication, and strategic awareness.

ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Strategic Partnership- Serve as a primary day-to-day client lead, managing programs, deliverables, and workflows with confidence and minimal oversight.
- Translate business challenges into actionable plans, strategic recommendations, and insight-driven creative opportunities.
- Lead the development of client presentations and program recaps with a strategic point of view.
- Collaborate with integrated agency partners to develop 360-strategies laddering back to business challenges and objectives; maintaining strong relationships with inter-agency peers.
- Build strong relationships with clients by anticipating needs, proactively solving challenges, and managing expectations with clarity and consistency.
- Demonstrate strong managing-up skills by keeping senior leaders informed, escalating issues early, aligning decisions, and supporting in delivering excellent client service.
Project & Team Leadership- Lead day-to-day management of integrated programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee internal team workflows, assigning responsibilities and ensuring everyone is aligned and set up for success.
- Anticipate project risks, resource needs, and operational bottlenecks, proactively recommending solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing clear feedback, direction, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to shaping internal processes that improve efficiency, collaboration, and creative output.
Media Strategy & Thought Leadership- Develop and refine Earned+ strategies anchored in consumer insight, cultural trends, and client objectives.
- Oversee media material development, including pitches, press releases, briefing documents, spokesperson messaging, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead media outreach plans, guiding junior team members and stepping in to drive high-value conversations.
- Cultivate journalist relationships and identify opportunities for clients to enter relevant cultural and industry conversations.
- Monitor the news and cultural landscape, providing timely, strategic recommendations to clients and senior leaders.
Influencer, Creator & Content Program Leadership- Oversee influencer and creator programs end-to-end, from partner selection, contracting, and briefing, to content review, approvals, and reporting.
- Evaluate partners using audience insights, content quality indicators, and brand fit criteria.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to build owned content concepts, social storytelling, scripts, and messaging frameworks.
- Ensure final content is aligned with strategy, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
New Business & Organic Business Growth- Support senior team members in identifying organic growth opportunities by monitoring client needs, campaign performance, and emerging category trends.
- Contribute to the development of proactive recommendations and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Assist in preparing new business materials, including research, competitive scans, case study development, and draft sections of proposals or presentations.
- Participate in brainstorms and idea development for both organic and net-new opportunities, bringing forward insight-driven thinking.
- Maintain accurate documentation of scope changes, added deliverables, and budget impacts to support revenue forecasting and account health tracking.
- Build strong internal relationships to help mobilize the right teams and resources during new business or organic growth initiatives.
QualificationsYou have at least 8 years of dynamic agency experience (preferably PR) working on multiple client accounts, and you thrive amidst inter-agency collaboration. You are a detailed Project Manager and have an attractive record for both servicing clients and working with your team. You have a deep appreciation for strategic communication, and an advanced knowledge of the media and PR landscape. More importantly, you are responsible for leading what we share with our clients when it comes to their corporate strategy
