Full Job Description
The Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in our Irvine, California location. Our Senior AMs are the backbone of our account teams! You partner with Account Directors, run projects through our system with little direction, and drive the internal communication needed to pull off the amazing projects we produce.
Think of this role as ground control, the hub of the bicycle wheel, the one who keeps everything moving. This is an in-office position in Irvine, where our teams collaborate in person every day.
What You'll Do
Partner with Account Directors, who lead client relationships, to keep clients' expectations met or exceeded through flawless project execution
Independently run multiple large-scale events, activations and exhibits at once, with little direction from the Account Director
Coordinate and manage projects from initial design through final payment, including quotes, design, client approval, kick-off meetings, detailing, production, shipping, on-site service needs and invoicing
Act as intermediary between client and internal teams, taking initiative to address questions and concerns before they put a project at risk
Manage show services: coordinate, order, submit and track services from pre-show through on-site and final billing
Track shipping and ship dates, and document all changes and additions to projects for billing purposes
Travel as needed (20-25%)

Comfort in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with short turnaround times. This is self-directed work and requires a lot of trust and focus

Enjoy being in a supportive role and able to take the lead when needed
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, procedures in the event and exhibit fabrication/trade show industry
Experience working within an ERP, billing, quoting, invoicing. You enjoy the details of keeping it all tidy
