Full Job Description
Our agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and elevate creative solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:
  • Lead client relationships with confidence, serving as the primary liaison and trusted strategic partner.
  • Drive long-term client success by deeply understanding their brand objectives and aligning agency expertise to exceed expectations.
  • Guide internal teams to develop creative strategies, ideas, and campaigns that push boundaries and deliver results for the client.
  • Ensure all work meets the highest creative and strategic standards, maintaining brand integrity and aligning with client goals.
  • Oversee the full client experience, leading kick off, presentations, and key touchpoints while proactively problem-solving challenges.
  • Develop and refine statements of work, project briefs, and client-facing materials to ensure clarity and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with Account Directors on large-scale accounts, providing leadership and support in driving complex initiatives.
  • Lead project planning and operational oversight across accounts, ensuring appropriate resourcing, realistic timelines, budget management, scope control, and seamless execution from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, fostering deeper client relationships and expanding agency impact.
  • Track client profitability, optimize workflows, and contribute to agency-wide process improvements.
  • Proactively solve challenges, bringing forward-thinking solutions that redefine industry standards.
  • Maintain a pulse on emerging trends, ensuring Archrival stays ahead of shifts in the market and consumer behavior.

This is a hybrid role, that will need to work from our Portland, OR studio a few days a week.
