Senior Account Director

Location: Cincinnati, OH; Syracuse, NY; New York, NY; Detroit, MI

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Account Director to lead and grow some of our most important client partnerships.

This is not a traditional account role. You will operate as a strategic business partner with a consultant mindset, someone who can navigate complexity, connect dots across disciplines, and unlock new opportunities for both our clients and our business.

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial impact, bringing clarity to ambiguity and momentum to ideas.

What You'll Do
  • Lead with Influence
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor, identifying opportunities and challenges proactively
  • Build deep, trusted client relationships that drive influence and action
  • Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, categories, and competitive landscapes
  • Lead clients through ambiguity with clear, insight-driven recommendations
  • Bring forward-thinking POVs and thought leaderships, often before being asked
  • Translate client needs into actionable strategies and creative direction
  • Lead client engagements including workshops, retail audits, stakeholder interviews, and presentations


Drive Growth & Impact
  • Own financial health of accounts including scoping, estimating, forecasting, and billing
  • Monitor project performance against budgets and proactively manage risks or variances
  • Identify and define new opportunities for growth and incremental scope
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic work sessions
  • Develop clear briefs with measurable KPIs to guide cross-functional teams
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and delivered work


Connect Strategy to Execution
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable briefs and direction
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Design, and Project Management to deliver exceptional work
  • Champion creative ideas internally and externally with clarity, conviction, and craft
