Job Description
Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a Security Support Specialist (Mid-Level) to support a customer in the National Capital Region.
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at:
$80,000- $90,000.
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
- Enforces SCI/SAP security procedures
- Conducts facility inspections
- Manages access control and SCIF visitor control (VARs)
- Delivers security and exit briefings
- Processes DISS clearance actions
- Serves as principal liaison with external security entities
- Maintains incident documentation.
- Assists with review of security forms for accuracy and follow-up,
- Handles inquiries from personnel and investigative agencies

Job Requirements
- minimum 8 years of relevant experience (some within the last 2 years) demonstrating independent execution
- Proficiency with applicable laws/policies/standards, and professional written products and briefings;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and a Current CI Polygraph Required
