Full Job Description
The Security Project Manager will work closely with senior security leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, helping to translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, maintain visibility across timelines and dependencies, and ensure key initiatives remain on track.
The successful candidate will bring strong project management capabilities combined with an understanding of corporate security operations. They will be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, working across global and cross-functional teams, identifying potential roadblocks, and providing clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Coordinate and support multiple People Safety and Security initiatives across key service portfolios.
Partner with stakeholders to track priorities, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs to support business objectives.
Working with senior leadership, develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, and status updates to ensure successful execution.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and help drive projects forward by managing actions, follow-ups, and deliverables.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, escalating issues and recommended solutions when appropriate.
Produce regular project reporting and maintain visibility into program status, key metrics, and upcoming milestones.
Support the implementation of consistent project management practices, processes, and documentation across initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within corporate security, physical security, risk management, or a related environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience supporting projects within a global corporate security or People Safety and Security function.
Exposure to areas such as physical security, security operations, workplace safety, crisis management, investigations, intelligence, or security technology.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders within a complex corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, governance, and reporting.
Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
