Job Description:
Role Overview
• Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors.
• Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations.
• Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary.
Role Responsibilities
• Develops, modifies and executes company policies that affect Company operations(s) across a small geographical area.
• Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet business requirements.
• Analyzes, investigates and recommends process improvements related to loss control and incident reports.
• Manages and is accountable for the Security budget for the operations across a small geographic area.
Role Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Graduate degree preferred.

Role Preferences
• Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to compliment the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets.
• Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.

Typical Years of Experience
Typically requires 10-12 years relevant experience.
Includes 3-5 years managerial/ leadership experience.
