Role and ResponsibilitiesOur client requires a Solution architect for cloud security and who can participate in the implementation. Resource also needs to provides a depth of experience and thought leadership to the analysis, forecasting and management of security solutions in the Azure environment, with support connectivity between the Azure and on premise enivornment.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyses of the technical problems and developing tactical plans.
- Develops efficient solutions that solve complex security problems (or concerns), which are often of high urgency in areas of performance and scalability. Documents standards, maintains and updates as required based on changing landscape and lessons learned.
- Takes Accountability and Ownership of security standards and advice provided to support Azure.
- Understand vulnerability testing, risk analyses, securing tenants and security assessments.
- Ability to work with various teams to discuss IT security processes and procedures.
- Understand firewalls and intrusion detection systems. SAML. OAUTH. PKI. SSO.
- Lead the establishment and implementation of comprehensive security programs such as providing detailed guidance, consultation and advice on security controls, policies and standards.
Qualifications and Experience - 5-7 years of position related experience.
- ExpressRoute
- Experience with Azure IaaS environment.
- At least one IT security related certification.
- Linux and Windows experience
- Knowledge of Azure NSGs, ASGs
- Knowledge of Network Virtual Appliances (NVAs) on Azure
- Knowledge of building a compliant Remote Access solutions
- Knowledge with infrastructure automation tools
