Poste et missions

The Director or ED, Securitized Product Salesperson, is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with assigned institutional clients, delivering Natixis' comprehensive suite of credit products and solutions. This role operates within a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, emphasizing mutual support and seamless coverage for Natixis' institutional asset managers, insurance companies, alternative asset managers, and other key clients.

Key Responsibilities

This position encompasses both new-issue and secondary distribution for a diverse range of credit products, including:
  • Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs): Covering CLOs backed by Broadly Syndicated Loans and Middle Market Loans, as well as syndicating warehouse facilities. CLOs represent a significant portion of Natixis' current securitized product offerings.
  • Asset-Backed Securities (ABS): With a strategic focus on esoteric, consumer, and off-the-run securitizations.
  • Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) & Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Debt: This includes Single Asset Single Borrower (SASB) CMBS and CRE CLOs, primarily originated by Natixis' Real Estate & Hospitality team.
  • Corporate Loans: Primarily focusing on secondary trades and, on occasion, new issue loan placements where Natixis holds a managerial role.
  • Corporate Bonds: Including Investment Grade, High Yield, and Emerging Markets bonds. This segment currently represents a smaller but evolving part of Natixis' product offering.
  • Secondary Trading Coverage: Providing dedicated coverage for secondary trading of all the above-listed products for assigned clients.
  • Repo/Reverse Repo Facilitation: Interacting with clients, where appropriate, to facilitate repo and reverse repo transactions for credit products.
  • Fund Finance: Managing and structuring transactions including sub lines, hybrid NAV financing, and Preferred Equity (PESF) structures led by Natixis.
  • New Issue Client Engagement: Coordinating and managing new issue client roadshow meetings.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in securitized products sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, while also excelling within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and build consensus among colleagues and clients.
  • Strong capacity to collaborate effectively across various departments, understanding and anticipating their objectives and constraints.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a proven track record of quickly building trust, rapport, and credibility.
  • A client-first mindset, with the ability to deeply understand and meet client needs.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic market.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience navigating and succeeding in a multi-cultural business environment.
  • A highly driven and proactive approach, characterized by a positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong bias for action.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Required licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.

The salary range for this position will be between $300,000 - $425,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
