The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking aReliability,Availability,Maintainability(RAM)and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)Section Leader to work onsite in Woburn, MA. As a Section Leader, the candidate will be expected to activelyparticipatein leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and program staffing, provide employee feedback and mentoring, and be actively involved in daily program operations. This positionprovidesan opportunity to enhance your skillset by contributing to the development of our workforce.

What You Will Do

  • Develop the team through career discussions and training.

  • Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team.

  • Oversee the direct line management activities for the section including communication, performance impact, career development, and talent acquisition.

  • Support department and directorate level initiatives.

  • Reviewteam timecards and Expense Statements.

  • Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Oversight of personnel issue resolution.

  • Adhere to and ensure alignment to Raytheon Technologies Values and Behaviors.

  • Be a technical leader supporting and enabling members of the section.

  • Develop strategies for proposals and contract execution focused on delivering quality work products within budget.

  • Travel domestically, up to 15%.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires adegree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Experience inRAM analyses across the system lifecycle.

  • Experience with Failure analyses and corrective action implementation.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in radar systems, system requirements, and/or system test.

  • Demonstrated understanding of program Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, and electrical schematics), Change Notices (CNs)/Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), technical manuals, and tool catalogs.

  • Performed as a technical lead forRAM & FRACASteams.

  • Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system.

  • Experience with Raytheon99s Proposal Capture Process (development of Basis of Estimates, etc.), Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and certified BOE certification.

  • Ability & desire to lead large teams.

  • Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance

  • ProfessionalCertificationin the area ofReliability, Availability and Maintainability.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate99s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company99s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
