About the Role As a Scrum Master, you will lead multiple Scrum teams and serve as a champion of Agile practices across the organization. You'll facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams toward self-organization, and help build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do
