Position SummaryThe client is looking for a Scrum Master to work closely with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate into epics and stories.
Essential Job Functions- Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work with other Agile teams to effectively design, build and deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Facilitates team events, including (where applicable) the daily stand-up, and sprint demos.
- Works with developers, BAs, and testers to identify and eliminate roadblocks.
- Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and identify requirements.
Minimum Required Qualifications- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degreerequired.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
- Required Security Clearance: None (Public Trust).
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
