As the Project Manager for our Scheduling division, you will drive the product development schedule from concept through production for major brands like Squishmallows! You will serve as the central hub for cross-functional teams, managing calendars, leading milestone meetings, and ensuring everyone is aligned on project statuses and priorities. By proactively resolving issues and balancing creative resource bandwidth, you will keep our dynamic teams on track for successful, on-time product launches.

What You Will Do:

• Lead weekly milestone team meetings to communicate project statuses, pipeline updates, priorities, and creative resource bandwidth across cross-functional teams
• Create and manage comprehensive development schedules and activities for Squishmallows and other key brands to ensure on-time seasonal product launches
• Partner with Design and other internal departments to effectively manage team schedules, internal check-ins, workload balancing, and overall project flow
• Monitor project timelines closely, track data in Milestone Docs, and proactively escalate off-calendar deliverables to team leads with a solution-focused approach
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and recommend creative solutions to keep team members on track while working independently with limited supervision
• Act as the International Project Manager overseeing multilingual packaging for new mainline items while also training and mentoring Associate Project Managers

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 4 years of relevant product development, product management, or project management experience within the consumer products industry
• Strong product management and planning skills with a deep understanding of time management software, project management methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build consensus and drive cross-functional alignment
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to creatively resolve problems and successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite) applications
• A highly organized and adaptable mindset to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment

Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or an industry-related field is a plus
• Familiarity with the licensor process, approval stages, and global company operations
• Prior experience working in the toy, baby, costume, or pets industry

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $86,400.00 - $105,420.00 / Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
