Job Posting ExternalPrimary Responsibilities- Assist with development, testing, and maintenance of SAP Variant Configuration models (LO-VC, and/or AVC) under guidance from senior developers.
- Support configuration changes driven by engineering updates, product enhancements, and manufacturing requirements.
- Learn and apply configuration logic, dependency rules, constraints, and object relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, Information Technology (IT), and business analysts to understand product structures and configuration needs.
- Follow development standards, best practices, and version control processes.
- Continuously build skills in SAP, programming, and business processes.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with programming concepts, such as: Structured programming, Object-oriented programming, Logic, algorithms, or data structures.
- Familiarity with one or more programming or scripting languages gained through coursework (e.g, JAVA, C/C++, Python, SQL, ABAP, or similar.
- Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
This position is a hybrid role, on-site at least two days per week. A reasonable driving commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary.
