- Proven expertise in project management, scope management, and project coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Skilled at managing escalations and resolving conflict while keeping delivery on track.
- A customer-first approach - you build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive long-term satisfaction.
- Experience mentoring project managers and influencing delivery best practices across teams.
- A hands-on approach to AI - you use agentic AI tools in your daily workflow, quality-check AI-generated outputs, engineer effective prompts, and actively champion AI adoption across your engagements.

What you'll buildYou will lead complex customer programs end-to-end, from initial scoping through to full plan execution and handover.
- Define project scope, schedules, and milestones - and hold teams accountable to them.
- Drive project implementation across multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Apply time-boxed engagement orchestration to structure delivery phases and maintain momentum.
- Manage team performance and guide project managers through challenges.
- Maintain rigorous document management and reporting to keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with key customer and internal stakeholders.
