We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be based in the US and have a strong background managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
- Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
- Own project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and SAP functional teams.
- Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Lead steering committee meetings and manage project communications.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong experience managing global onsite and offshore delivery teams.
- Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.
- Working knowledge of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and Travel
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, and resource planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration or new S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience in data migration, integration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Experience managing large enterprise SAP programs valued at $5M+.
- Prior consulting or system integrator experience is a plus.
