SAPS4 Specialist- HSP US(Charlotte, NC) Charlotte, NC | Be part of buildingsomething extraordinary |What We Are Looking For!- Provide day-to-day support for SAP users across various departments, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
- Handle first and second level support tickets related to SAP S4HANA logistics modules SD, MM (PP, WM, QM knowledge is an advantage).
- Collaborate with key users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP S4HANA solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and customizing changes.
- Support data maintenance, system upgrades, and patch implementations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external SAP Specialists to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose SAP process optimizations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Utilize ABAP programming for custom reports, enhancements, and debugging and Fiori for UI development.
What You Will Bring!- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP logistics modules SD and MM, (PP and QM desirable).
- Strong knowledge of ABAP to debug, SAP BTP, Fiori, OData services, SAPUI5, JavaScript and HTML
- Proven experience with SAP support processes, including incident and change management.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration with 3rd-party systems.
- Experience in project coordination or management and project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
