Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant to support SAP implementation, enhancement, and support programs focused on Plant Maintenance processes. The consultant will work closely with maintenance teams, operations stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT organizations to optimize asset management and maintenance operations using SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance and asset management processes.
  • Design, configure, and support SAP PM solutions.
  • Lead workshops, fit-gap assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation projects.
  • Configure and support:
    • Technical Objects
    • Functional Locations
    • Equipment Master Data
    • Maintenance Notifications
    • Maintenance Orders
    • Preventive Maintenance
    • Corrective Maintenance
    • Breakdown Maintenance
    • Calibration Processes
    • Work Clearance Management
  • Define maintenance strategies and maintenance plans.
  • Support integration with MM, PP, QM, EWM, and FICO modules.
  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Execute functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide production support and issue resolution.
  • Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Maintain project documentation and governance standards


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP PM consulting experience.
  • Strong hands-on SAP PM configuration experience.
  • Experience in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Asset Management experience.
  • Experience with Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices.
  • Experience integrating SAP PM with mobile maintenance solutions.
  • SAP PM certification.
  • Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Transportation, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
