Position Description: SAP Integration Product Owner
The SAP Integration Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering integration initiatives between SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA) and internal or external applications. The Product Owner acts as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, architects, functional analysts, and the development team, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives by promoting best practices in Agile, DevSecOps, and integration architecture.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Responsibilities
. Articulate and communicate a clear vision for SAP integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and business strategies.
. Maintain and continuously refine the SAP integration roadmap based on business priorities and evolving needs.
. Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders, projects, and IT teams.
. Translate requirements into clear, prioritized user stories, in collaboration with solution and integration architects.
. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
. Act as the leader of a team of functional analysts and SAP integration developers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance.
. Coach and support the team in delivering robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
. Contribute to team capacity planning and delivery scheduling.
. Collaborate closely with architects, functional analysts, project teams, and operations to ensure consistent delivery.
. Manage dependencies between SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA) and external systems.
. Ensure the quality, performance, security, and reliability of SAP integrations.
. Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices and the adoption of Agile and DevSecOps approaches.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. This range is determined by various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $70,000 and $105,000. This position is open.
