The Work:- Provide metrics and reporting to support core finance functions.
- Coordinate and support financial analytics, reporting, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and insights that support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools to increase financial visibility.
- Offer solutions to challenges impacting both immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Provide training and support to team members on financial reporting tools and methods.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to advance finance function maturity.
- This role requires to be in office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Here's what you need:- Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
- 5 years+ Leading and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, including greenfield deployments and system conversions
- Drive design workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state finance processes
- Well rounded process knowledge of GL, Asset, Controlling, AR, AP, Bank
- Manage and execute financial data migration from legacy systems to SAP (including mapping, cleansing, and validation)
- Experience integrating SAP with upstream systems (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation and standardization
- Lead teams and mentor junior consultants
- Prepare client deliverables, including process documentation, functional specifications, and executive presentations
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred qualification:You have experience leading or facilitating finance process workshops.
Bonus points if:- You have experience with S/4Hana transformations.
- You have exposure to financial compliance, controls, or audit support.
- You are skilled in data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- You have experience leading or facilitating finance process workshops.
- Fluency in English required, French an asset.
