Role Overview:

The SAP Fieldglass Architect will lead end-to-end implementations of the SAP Fieldglass SOW module. This critical role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications from initiation through go-live and hypercare. The architect will also serve as a Solution Architect, designing scalable business processes for SOW creation, resource engagement, milestones, approvals, invoicing, supplier management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass SOW module implementation, managing project scope, timeline, budget, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
  • Serve as Solution Architect for the SOW module, designing scalable business processes for SOW creation, resource engagement, milestones, approvals, invoicing, supplier management, and compliance.
  • Conduct requirements and design workshops with IT and business stakeholders to define future-state processes and solution architecture.
  • Drive integrations and technical solution design between SAP Fieldglass and enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Workday, identity management, and financial platforms.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and transition activities, including SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover planning, go-live support, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
