About the role
The Integration Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and guiding enterprise integration strategies that enable customers to successfully connect Kinaxis Maestro with complex business ecosystems.
Working across Solution Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Deployment teams, the Integration Architect serves as an expert in integration architecture, ERP connectivity, and data design. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and advisory capabilities. The successful candidate will partner with customers, internal teams, and executive stakeholders to architect scalable, supportable integration solutions while driving integration best practices across the organization.
SAP integration expertise is critical for success in this role. The Integration Architect will be expected to provide leadership on SAP integration patterns, data models, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches for some of Kinaxis' most complex customer environments.

What you will do
- Architect scalable enterprise integration solutions connecting Kinaxis Maestro with enterprise platforms, applications, and data sources.
- Serve as an SME on integration architecture, guiding solution design, data mapping, and integration strategies for complex customer environments.
- Define integration strategies, patterns, standards, and best practices that improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Create and review integration blueprints, architecture diagrams, data flow models, and technical design documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on API, middleware, ETL, event-driven, and file-based integration approaches.
- Lead integration architecture discussions related to Data Fabric, modern data pipelines, APIs, cloud technologies, and emerging integration capabilities.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape future integration capabilities, improve implementation accelerators, and influence product direction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Solution Architects, project teams, customers, and prospects on complex integration and data architecture challenges.
- Develop reusable frameworks, best practices, and architecture standards that accelerate implementations and improve customer outcomes.
- Mentor technical teams and provide leadership on strategic customer deployments, escalations, and innovation initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Relevant SAP certifications considered a strong asset.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, software consulting, solution architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations.
- Proven experience integrating enterprise applications across complex technology landscapes.
- Deep expertise with Kinaxis Maestro, including enterprise integration architecture, data modeling, deployment strategy, and implementation of complex supply chain planning solutions.
- Experience working with supply chain, ERP, planning, manufacturing, or enterprise business systems.
- Demonstrated success leading architecture decisions for large-scale transformation or software implementation programs.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integration architectures.
- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware platforms, ETL processes, and data orchestration.
- Strong understanding of master data management, data modeling, and data governance principles.
- Experience with cloud integration technologies and modern API ecosystems.
- Ability to architect solutions involving multiple ERPs, applications, and data sources.
- Exceptional consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to influence without direct authority across technical and business teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
