Job Title:SAP Consultant
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to implement, configure, support, and optimize SAP solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SAP projects. This role requires expertise in one or more SAP modules and a strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
- Configure, customize, and support SAP modules based on business needs.
- Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide functional and technical support to end users and business teams.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
- Support data migration, system integration, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system performance.

- Database Knowledge: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server
- SAP Security and Authorization Concepts
- Data Migration Tools: SAP LSMW, SAP Data Services
- Understanding of ABAP Development (preferred)
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP Certification in relevant modules is highly preferred:
- SAP Certified Application Associate - S/4HANA
- SAP FICO Certification
- SAP MM Certification
- SAP SD Certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
Experience:- 3-10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Functional/Technical Consultant.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, support, and enhancement activities.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BW, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with business process reengineering and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
