Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and license/motor vehicle record check.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
- Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives in a professional and safe manner
- Negotiate and close sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-first manner
- Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring complete satisfaction
- Maintain thorough and accurate sales documentation
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes
- Participate in training and team meetings; mentor new team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Prior sales experience preferred (any industry); auto sales a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to succeed
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Valid NY State driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a drug screening and background check

Schedule 5 Day Workweek (40 hours) Incl Weekends Schedule 5 Day (40 Hour) Workweek. Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
Saturday Shift 9 am - 6pm or
Sunday 11 am to 5 pm
