Digital Products & Solutionsteam helps organizations in their digital transformation journey by transforming last-mile experiences. The Salesforce service line focuses on transforming customer experiences by redefining B2B and B2C customer engagement journeys and reengineering business processes within organizations. We collaborate with CSTs and practice areas to develop innovative domain solutions by infusing analytics and AI. We continue to be a preferred Salesforce implementation and innovation partner for our clients and have significantly scaled our expertise across various Salesforce Clouds, including Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CDB, and Data Cloud.
What You'll Do:
• Lead and support CRM transformation projects in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences industries
• Oversee and contribute to the full project lifecycle: from strategy formulation, requirements gathering, design creation, to implementation.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects on time and within scope.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other CRM tools for healthcare clients.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
• Contribute to solution architecture, design, and customization, while working closely with development teams
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or another computer-related discipline.
• Required: 3+ years of relevant consulting experience, including hands-on Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the broader CRM ecosystem, with certifications in one or more of the following: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with the design, implementation, and customization of CRM systems within the life sciences/healthcare domain.
• Salesforce certifications in Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Administrator are preferred.
• Deep understanding of the functional aspects of CRM and Salesforce implementations, with the ability to manage both technical and functional requirements and deliverables.
• Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in working with healthcare companies (Pharma, Life Sciences, Med Tech, etc.) and knowledge of industry-specific challenges is preferred.
