Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Software Developer with strong expertise in Apex programming and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. The developer will design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements in an enterprise environment. This role involves developing custom solutions, optimizing Salesforce Flows, implementing integration patterns, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with administrators, business analysts, and other developers to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop custom solutions using the Salesforce Apex programming language in an enterprise environment.
• Create and maintain Salesforce triggers, batch processes, asynchronous processes, and integrations.
• Design and implement technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce integration patterns.
• Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce Flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and other developers to deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Follow Salesforce trigger best practices and work within Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Apply Salesforce data modeling, security, administration, and configuration principles.
• Use version control systems to manage development changes.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, controllers, batch processing, and asynchronous processing.
• Expertise in the Lightning Component Framework.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce triggers and best practices for their implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals.
• Experience with the Salesforce data model, security model, and configuration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and strategies for working within them.
• Experience with version control systems; Git is preferred.
• Experience implementing and deploying custom Salesforce Apex solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience optimizing Salesforce Flow.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft for integration projects.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other Salesforce clouds.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development workflows.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
