Role Overview As the Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Sales Cloud. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sustainability teams to drive revenue growth, improve pipeline visibility, and enable data-driven decision-making.
This role requires a blend of product thinking, Salesforce expertise, and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud aligned with business and sustainability goals
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and improve conversion rates
Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Manage Salesforce configuration including objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flow, Process Builder where applicable)
Collaborate with developers and external partners on integrations, customizations, and releases
Own data quality, reporting, and dashboard strategy to support forecasting and ESG-related metrics
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure system scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements that drive efficiency and impact
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management, Salesforce Administration, or related roles
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (certifications such as Salesforce Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred)
Proven experience managing CRM product roadmaps and delivering business value
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in sales-driven organizations
Familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware tools) and data architecture concepts
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboarding
