Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Principal Architect to join our dynamic team, serving as the senior technical leader who owns and drives end-to-end (e2e) Salesforce projects from pre-sales through successful delivery and ongoing value realization. This role combines deep architectural expertise with strong business acumen to craft future-ready digital experiences that optimize customer, user, and IT interactions-leveraging Salesforce, Data Cloud, AI/agentic systems, and integrations with platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.

What You Will Do:

As the Principal Architect running e2e projects, you will:
  • Lead pre-sales efforts by developing compelling technical narratives and proven talk tracks that directly connect Salesforce solutions to business outcomes, including ROI calculations, revenue lift projections, capex reduction, break-even analysis, and P&L impact.
  • Architect and deliver enterprise-class Salesforce implementations (with Financial Services Cloud experience as a strong plus), ensuring seamless integration across the ecosystem while addressing complex data pipelining, database development, production-grade code, and data movement challenges.
  • Demonstrate a solid software development background-having built and shipped enterprise production systems (beyond just Salesforce)-with hands-on experience in complex queries, scalable pipelines, and ensuring production reliability.
  • Take ownership of project and team leadership: guide cross-functional teams through both waterfall and agile methodologies, clearly articulate the differences, oversee team success, and be heavily involved in delivery (not just solo contribution).
  • Connect business and technology fluently: create unified narratives that address customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), and IT experience (ITX) throughout the solution lifecycle-e.g., mapping a common conversion funnel and detailing user/IT involvement at each stage
  • Show genuine passion for technology and continuous learning-curiosity-driven, with personal exploration of emerging tools like AI agents, Google Vertex AI, Agentforce, MoltBot, and related innovations.
  • Keep up with and increasingly apply modern data/AI platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, agentic systems) as DX Foundation shifts focus on governing AI foundations, real-time insights, and automation.
  • Independently produce visually engaging presentations and materials, leveraging graphic design skills to clarify complex ideas and make them compelling without external support

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Broad, versatile experience spanning enterprise architecture, software development, business strategy, pre-sales, and customer relationship management
  • Proven track record building enterprise-class production code, data pipelines, databases, and complex queries (not Salesforce-limited)
  • Hands-on P&L ownership, ROI/break-even analysis, revenue lift/capex metrics; bonus for cross-industry exposure to compare/contrast customer, user, and IT perspectives
  • Deep mastery of how Salesforce products interconnect
  • Ability to synthesize business and tech into cohesive stories that resonate across CX, UX, and IT stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and projects (Agile + waterfall fluency preferred)
  • Innate Passion for Technology & Continuous Learning - Self-motivated explorer of emerging tech
  • Growing familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, agentic systems, and AI-driven architecture
  • Capable of creating polished, visually appealing presentations solo
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

What Would Make You An Outstanding Candidate:
  1. Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is highly advantageous.
  2. Agile and Waterfall fluency preferred.

We currently offer the following benefits:
  • Access to medical, dental, and vision insurance through Cigna, with the majority of the employee cost covered by the employer
  • Employer funding to HSA accounts and FSA access
  • Access to a 401(k) through Vanguard with a guaranteed employer contribution
  • Flexible vacation policy that allows you to manage your schedule and rest and recharge when you need to
  • 11 holidays with flexibility based on what is important for you and those you love
  • Family-friendly benefits, including paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, employer-paid short-term and long-term disability, employer-paid life insurance, and access to additional life insurance, hospital coverage, accidental coverage, discounted mental health support, and more
  • Support on individual development through certifications, continued learning, conferences, and more
