Full Job Description
The Integration and Data Liaison is a senior, client-facing role responsible for leading Salesforce Integration and Data Migration workstreams during CRM transformation projects. The role serves as the primary bridge between client stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore Salesforce delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all Salesforce integration and data migration activities.
Lead stakeholder meetings, technical workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and governance discussions.
Coordinate Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and legacy systems.
Drive data migration planning, including data mapping, quality assessment, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Manage dependencies, risks, issues, timelines, testing, cutover activities, and deployment readiness.
Facilitate communication and alignment between onshore client teams and offshore Salesforce architects, developers, and migration specialists.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, architectural standards, and project milestones.

Your Skills and Experience

Required Experience & Skills:
8+ years in enterprise applications, integrations, and data migration projects.
5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, enterprise architecture, and data migration methodologies.
Proven ability to lead client-facing technical discussions and work effectively in global delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and delivery coordination skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150-$174,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
