Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer IV with 8-10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and strong technical leadership capabilities. The role involves analyzing business requirements, driving architecture decisions, developing scalable Salesforce solutions, and providing technical guidance to other developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning UI, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, integrations, and declarative programming, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce governance and deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and contribute to Salesforce application design.
• Develop, test, debug, package, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and well-documented solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex classes, Visualforce, Lightning UI, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, and REST APIs.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Apply Salesforce declarative programming capabilities, including change sets, assignment rules, validation rules, Visual Workflow, Process Builder, and custom reports.
• Work with Salesforce APIs, third-party APIs, Apex REST APIs, and the Developer Console to support application development and integration.
• Follow test-driven development practices and formal quality assurance processes across development, staging, and production deployment cycles.
• Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce Governor limits and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable Salesforce applications.
Required Qualifications
• 8-10+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning UI.
• Superior Salesforce development skills, including Apex code and classes, Visualforce, REST APIs, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud.
• Experience working in test-driven development and formal QA environments with development, staging, and production deployment cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Governor limits.
• Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, packaging, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications through real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative programming, including change sets, test code, assignment rules, validation rules, Visual Workflow, Process Builder, and custom reports.
• Experience with Salesforce API frameworks, third-party APIs, Apex REST APIs, and Developer Console.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft .NET framework, C#, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining working hours aligned with the Eastern Time (ET) zone.
