Manage user access, permission sets and sharing, and help keep Salesforce data accurate.
Investigate issues with automation, data and integrations, working with IT or external partners when needed.
Test changes in a sandbox, coordinate user acceptance testing, deploy safely and verify the result with users.
Prioritize improvements with the business, document key changes and help users adopt them.
Review work delivered by external partners and maintain the knowledge needed to support it internally.
Qualifications
Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce experience, or a comparable track record of delivering changes independently.
Strong Sales Cloud administration and Flow skills, including data management and the Salesforce security model.
Practical experience writing and troubleshooting Apex and SOQL, maintaining existing code and creating meaningful tests.
Experience gathering requirements, explaining technical choices clearly and working directly with business users.
Experience testing and deploying Salesforce changes, with a habit of following issues through to resolution.
Assets
Service Cloud: cases, queues, routing and email-to-case.
Experience Cloud and B2B Commerce: customer and distributor storefronts built on LWR sites.
MuleSoft: integrations between Salesforce and the ERP, or other Salesforce API integrations.
Lightning Web Components, source control and deployment tools.
Experience and education
Four or more years of progressive Salesforce experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Salesforce Administrator certification required. Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder certification is an asset.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, due to interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
