What you will enjoy doing*- You will visit customers independently and collaborate with sales personnel as necessary
- Focus on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information
- Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone
- You will need to provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems
- And you will prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process
- Solve a range of straightforward problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner
Communicate clearly and follow up to close the loop on open customer needs
What makes you great - You have a high school diploma or GED
- Prior sales support experience
- Further, you must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail
