Full Job Description
Job Purpose

In this position, you are responsible for supervising the Sales and Strategy team in Honda Aircraft's Customer Service Division. The analysis, tracking, and sales functions performed by this team will support the Customer Service leadership team in making the right strategic decisions about product and service offerings to drive revenue growth, as well as global HACI fleet reliability growth resulting into increased customer satisfaction. Your team plays a key role in brainstorming, facilitating, recording, messaging of various CS Strategy sessions. The goal is to enhance the business success by optimizing the strategic levers like operating costs, business processes and systems, customer satisfaction, CS global footprint, supplier partnerships, and employee engagement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement processes to capture costs, perform analysis and reporting to lower the aircraft operating cost and/or improve service plan margins and aircraft dispatch reliability.
  • Build business plans and analyses as required by CS leadership to support overall CS division objectives.
  • Manage CS sales function and cross functional relationships within HACI sales.
  • Own the CS Governance process that includes period business performance for CS teams (financials, throughput, people initiatives, communications, customer satisfaction).


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Ten (10) years or more experience in business governance and strategy development
  • Strong understanding of business or commercial aviation business processes is a plus
  • Experience managing personnel and activities or facilitating large teamwork
  • Strong knowledge of resource optimization
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with Business processes and analysis, ability to multi-task, leadership, objective and results oriented, ability to motivate teams, and facilitation for strategic discussions


Working Conditions

  • Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
  • Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
  • Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
  • Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
  • Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
  • Effectively communicate in Business English language.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided "reach assistance technology" or "movement assist technology" (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.
