Sales ManagerTRG Lakeland (MaxPak)Location: Florida & Georgia Operations
Reports To: General Manager
Status: Full-Time, Exempt (Salaried)
What You'll DoAs Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the sales organization, including sales, design, customer service, scheduling, and shipping-related functions.
- Monitor sales volume, product mix, and overall sales performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Establish performance expectations and conduct employee evaluations.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to products, staffing, inventory, or equipment as needed.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
QualificationsRequired- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the corrugated packaging industry
Preferred- Bachelor's degree or higher
