Full Job Description
MTN Village, Squamish is a mixed-use master planned community located just ten minutes from downtown Squamish. The community consists of three phases and will be comprised of 107 townhomes, 79 condos, 80 purpose-built rental homes, light-industrial and commercial spaces including a daycare.

  • Build meaningful relationships with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and desires
  • Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing

  • Follow up with leads promptly and maintain consistent communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets

Pay range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually (combination of base salary + commission).
