- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do- Meet with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the purchase process
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale
- Build relationships that create repeat business and referrals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
What You'll Bring- 1+ year of prior sales or customer service experience
- Experience working in a commission-based sales environment
- A commitment to personal growth and career advancement
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200 - $158,700.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
