Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually
Schedule: 5 days per week with rotating weekdays off
Department Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
What You'll Do
Present vehicles and conduct test drives for customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships using the CRM.

Participate in daily sales meetings and training.
Deliver a smooth customer experience from purchase through service introduction.
What You'll Bring
Prior sales experience.
CDK/ADP experience.
Negotiation and closing skills
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
