Pay: $48,200-$158,700 (Commission Pay Plan)
Schedule: We require open availability to work any day/shift
Business Hours: Monday - Sunday: 9am - 9pm
What You'll Do- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle from our new and used inventory.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and benefits.
- Present financing, protection products, and service options.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
- Use our modern sales tools and technology like our CRM to track sale activities and opportunities.
- Stay current on Honda products and pre-owned inventory.
- You'll report to the Sales Managers and receive coaching to achieve your sales goals.
What You'll Bring- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience with Honda or Acura brands
- Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.
- Collaboration with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
- Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
- The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 .
This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
