The Role-
  • WARM LEADS - all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!
  • Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day
  • Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities

The Pay-
  • Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
  • Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
  • Top performers earn $150k+ annually
  • Unparalleled and unlimited income potential - expect rewards that match your dedication.
  • $ $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeksThis will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.

Additional Information

Requirements
  • Availability Monday through Saturday.
  • Valid driver's license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
  • Working cell phone with data plan.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)
