Full Job Description
Snowflake's Revenue Operations team is hiring a Sales Ops Manager to own planning operations for our Partner and Product Specialist organizations. In this role, you'll run complex planning workstreams end to end, including territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and in-year quota management. You'll be the trusted expert that Partner and Specialist leaders come to for methodology, tradeoffs, and decisions. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise and we are building an AI-native planning organization. That means AI does the analysis and production work, and you own the judgment and decisions. You'll be expected to turn your expertise into reusable skills, self-service tools, and automated workflows that grow the team's impact.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
• Own end-to-end delivery of territories, quotas, and compensation plans for Partner and Specialist organizations across all geographies, and drive alignment with Finance, Commissions, HR, and Field Ops.
• Define and govern global policies for account moves, quota changes, and in-year adjustments, including the methodology, guardrails, documentation, and change management behind them.
• Lead quota and attainment reviews across global Partner and Specialist teams. You'll find root causes, surface tradeoffs, and drive resolution with senior stakeholders.
• Anticipate how changes affect the field, Commissions, reporting, and systems, and design scalable solutions instead of one-time fixes.
• Translate business requirements into process, data, and tooling changes in Pigment, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Design workflows that produce decision-ready outputs, with methodology, confidence levels, and edge cases surfaced and validation built in from the start.
• Encode institutional knowledge, such as quota methodology, territory logic, and planning rules, in versioned skills and documentation that capture the why along with the how.
• Build and maintain production AI skills that encode planning methodology, validation logic, and recurring analysis for your domain. If a task runs more than twice, it should be a skill.
• Lead small cross-functional project teams, present recommendations to senior leadership, and drive decisions forward.
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, or sales operations, ideally at a high-growth enterprise technology company.
• A track record of owning complex planning workstreams end to end, such as territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, or compensation operations.
• Experience solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems where the path isn't defined, especially during periods of rapid growth.
• Strong influence skills with senior stakeholders, including the ability to frame tradeoffs clearly and move a group to a decision.
• Hands-on experience building automated or AI-assisted workflows, such as scripts, bots, AI skills, or self-service tools, that replaced manual work, with the results to show for it (hours saved, errors caught, cycles shortened).
• Deep experience with Salesforce and sales planning platforms such as Pigment or Anaplan.
• A bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or another quantitative field. An MBA is a plus.
