Full Job Description
As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist within North America Client Group (NACG), you will translate enterprise priorities, product and investment developments, and sales opportunities into coordinated, sales-ready communications. Within established priorities and guardrails, you will independently lead assigned initiatives from definition through delivery and run the workflows, field-feedback processes, and channel operations needed to deliver the right messages through the right channels at the right time.
• You can translate complex enterprise, product, investment, and sales priorities into clear, actionable messaging for the sales force.
• You can manage intake and workflow by clarifying the audience, objective, timing, ownership, required action, dependencies, and approvals; maintaining the work queue; and escalating conflicts or gaps.
• You can independently lead priority initiatives from definition through delivery-shaping the execution approach, building the plan, running cross-functional working groups, resolving routine issues, and driving commitments to completion.
• You can coordinate recurring and ad hoc sales communications, manage the integrated calendar, sequence messages, identify audience or channel conflicts, and provide visibility into demand and capacity.
• You can synthesize field feedback and engagement data, identify implications, develop a point of view, and recommend actions that improve message usefulness and adoption.
• You can coordinate publishing across approved platforms, maintain trackers and dashboards, and prepare concise updates on progress, risks, recommendations, and next steps.
• You are comfortable taking a loosely defined need and running with it. Within established guardrails, you make day-to-day operating decisions, coordinate contributors without direct authority, and escalate issues requiring broader alignment, a change in direction, or portfolio tradeoffs.
• You use technology and AI to simplify repeatable work across intake, drafting, calendar management, insight synthesis, reporting, and publishing while maintaining quality and governance.
• You understand the sales environment and financial principles, can build fluency in relevant products, audiences, and channels, and have experience delivering complex programs and leadership-ready work in a matrixed organization. Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce and Seismic is preferred.
