Sales & Operations Execution Lead (S&OE) - Tolling, a newly created role supporting our Downstream Fiber tolling and sell/buy-back supply arrangements. The S&OE Lead plays a critical role in advancing our agile, end-to-end supply chain capabilities, partnering with integrated business teams to identify opportunities that align with business strategies, enhance capabilities, reduce waste, and foster innovation. The successful candidate will excel in building cross-functional relationships to deliver process & technology solutions within our global environment.
This exciting opportunity is based in our
Wichita, KS or
Kennesaw, GA office.
What You Will Do- Own planning and execution for INVISTA's Downstream tolling and sell/buy-back supply agreements - partnering with Supply Planning, Account Managers, and toller/converter production contacts to develop and close short-term (0-3 month) base supply plans and align core assumptions.
- Monitor plan execution across toller-held and in-transit inventory; detect deviations early - missed production, inventory mismatches, delayed confirmations - and drive corrective action, re-sequencing, or escalation to protect service and production targets.
- Lead root-cause investigation and reconciliation for recurring tolling exceptions, including inventory/yield discrepancies, invoice-to-receipt mismatches, and production-confirmation timing gaps, in partnership with Finance and Operations.
- Coordinate customer-service activities tied to toller-supplied product - order confirmation timing, inventory visibility commitments, and service-level tracking
- Lead execution of new toller and converter set-ups once a relationship is established - master data, SAP/APO configuration, and onboarding logistics - partnering with Procurement and IT.
- Manage sample and trial coordination with tollers for development work, new formulations, and product qualification.
- Own the continuous-improvement roadmap for the tolling process - evaluating maturity across planning, inventory visibility, receiving, financial reconciliation, and systems enablement - and lead process initiatives that close gaps and reduce manual work.
- Build and maintain standardized playbooks, templates, and best practices for toller onboarding, planning cadence, and exception handling so capability scales consistently as new tollers are added.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- 2+ years' experience in scheduling, supply chain, operations, or business analysis
- Experience with an ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or similar)
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

- Experience working on and leading cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience analyzing KPIs and performing root-cause analysis
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
