Sales Operations Coordinator
Salary Range: $80k-90k

OverviewOur client is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator, that is fully Japanese Bilingual, for a full time role, that researches and compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trades shows, Internet Web sites, referrals and other sources. Other duties and responsibilities for the role are as follows: • Researches market conditions and conducts feasibility studies to determine market demand for existing and new products or services.
• Gathers, analyzes, and compares competitor data and pricing to that of the Company for benchmarking purposes in evaluating market position.
• Prepares presentation materials for sales and marketing purposes.
• Attends departmental sales meetings to discuss project status and prospective customers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Achieves the sales quota which is discussed and agreed between the incumbent and management.Account Management• Communicates with customers via phone or email; receives and processes purchase orders, purchase confirmations, invoices, order cancellations or changes in product/delivery schedules.
• Informs customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers.
• Manage samples and other packages from the customer.
• Manage tool forecast and report to manager.
• Follows up on sample, literature, and specification requests.
• Understands each account/customer special requirements, and ensures such items are recorded and properly outlined for each sales order.
• Reviews orders for accuracy and product availability; enters orders into the system.
• Checks inventory level and places purchase orders.
• Manages EOL (End of Life) status and acquire latest pricing of tool parts from headquarter.
• Investigates customers' complaints and inquiries and provides solutions.
• Completes requests for return merchandise authorization (RMA) and failure analysis
• Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management.
• Conduct review of various agreements from customer.
• Support manager with various due diligence requests from customer. (Audit, environmental activity, security,

    1. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, monday.com, etc.)

    4. Manage full cycle of PO, from communication/negotiation with client and Japan HQ, tool shipment, quality, payment, and after sales escalations
