What You'll Do:- Lead, train, and motivate high-performing teams

- Manage trade-in evaluations, appraisals, and pricing in alignment with market trends and inventory needs.
- Partner with General Manager on forecasting, goal setting, marketing, events and brand experiences.
- Develop and implement merchandising and digital retailing strategies to increase visibility and attract leads.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing aged units and new acquisitions to maximize turn and gross.
- Ensure the showroom and online presence reflect the brand's standards of quality and presentation.
