Position OverviewThe

Key Responsibilities- Lead sales efforts for tires, services, and repairs-meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
- Motivate and coach team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience and close sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-up.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Partner with technicians and service advisors to recommend the right solutions for customers.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain high standards for shop presentation, safety, and operations.
Qualifications- Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional (automotive or related field preferred).
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion ability.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and drive to succeed.
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred; training provided.
- Valid driver's license required.
